Yesterday's downhill run did what I thought it would.  My ankle is really problematic today.  It never warmed up and was achy the entire run.  Hoping that soaking it in Pineview today will help it.  Taking the kids boating one last hurrah before they start school.

It sounds to me like your ankle is more than just after race soreness. You might want to take it easy until TOU half.
