My ankles were really sore and tight this morning.  I ran the Davis Blvd loop this morning which probably wasn't the best idea considering the tired legs and joints.  I just took it easy going up and cruised once it flattened out.  Coming down was a bit painful and clunky.  I saw more runners out this morning than I ever have.

Sorry about the soreness and tightness. But how cool to see so many runners. I can only imagine what all those runners think when they see you. Probably something like, "Man that guy is fast!!"

Oh yeah, and they are probably thinking this, "Man, that guy should be in a calendar!!!" :)

Have a great day Andy!

Yes I have seen a lot of runners on that loop as well. I think the hills are perfect on that run not too hard but defiantly there.

Kathie - I start down in the ghetto so I have a bit of a climb just to get to Davis.

Andy are you taking any kind of vitamins or suppliments?? My wife has been giving me vitamins and some fish oil stuff. And a few other things and it has seemed to help with my joints. And I think doing some strength training has really helped me out too.

Mark - My ankles were just sore today from taxing them yesterday. I don't think that it is anything chronic. Just part of getting back into shape.

GOOD JOB running hills. You're so good at assessing your running parts.

Good to hear. Have you decided on a half yet??
