My lower legs were absolutely fried from yesterday.  I knew that today's run was going to be painfully slow.  It's crazy how great I can feel one day only to feel so beat up the next.  It's just part of the whole process of training.

Your legs are just letting you know that you had a great work out yesterday and that they are getting stronger because of it!

Hey Andy, did you happen to be running in Farmington today. I've never met you in person, but I saw a runner on the Lagoon trail who looked like your pictures here on the blog. Plus he was MOVING!

JD - It was not me. I only made it as far North as Porter lane in Centerville and by no means was MOVING today.

Wow, Andy, you're really cranking out the miles. I forget, are you training for a marathon?

From Andy on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 14:33:49 from 159.212.71.17

Dale - I'm in the middle of a 12 week marathon training program but am not training for a specific marathon. I had to start training again because I was getting stale.

That's a good idea.

How can you already have 25 miles for the week on a Tuesday??

Crazy I tell you!!!

I'm sure your legs will feel much better tomorrow. :)

Wow, I just read yesterday's run. No wonder your legs are fried today. You are really picking up the pace lately. Great running Andy.

Awesome man. You are hitting it hard. Very cool. When it gets hard, remember the payoff will be in October. It is a long haul but when it gets hard, remember the goal.
