Nice easy recovery run.  My legs were very unenergetic.  Even though my mileage will be the same this week as it has been in the past, the miles are distributed differently and I'm finding it a little more difficult to adjust.

If you are going to delete it why even tell us? You are more cruel than I thought! I think you should undelete it or Teena and I will start to make up questions and you know that will be way worse!
