Ugh!  I do not like this feeling.  I wake up every morning feeling like garbage.  I think I remember going through this before.  It may be a bug or just a cycle my body is going through.  I am not sure if it is better to take an aggressive approach and run hard through it or continue to take it easy.  It was quite a battle to get out the door and the desire to run barely won.

Good job getting it done and out there.

You had such a long hard build up for that marathon last month. I think it is hard to mentally and physically recover right away.

Dedication.

I have been feeling the same way. One of these mornings it is going to be magic though. Right?

That's what keeps us going. If we didn't push through the hard times, we wouldn't be prepared to feel the magic when the opportunities present themselves.

Here's to the magic - hasten the day :) .

I hope the Magic comes soon.

It really is hard to tell if your body needs a rest or a kick in the booty...I would guess if you are just feeling blah and not pain it is just a kick in the bottom that you need :)

I've been feeling that way for a few weeks. I thought it was the heat and humidity(it probably is for me). You'll get your Go-Jo back..it's cyclical.

Hey, I like your photo -- where was that? (it looks like the photographer made an effort to get a nice background in the picture)

I hope you're feeling better today.
