I was very groggy when I got up this morning. Not sure what is going on but it seems I feel this way every once in a while. Kept the pace very slow and just put the miles in.
I wonder if the fast 5K fairly soon after Ogden is contributing to the groggy factor. Seems like the older I get the longer it takes to recover from back-to-back races.
Most likely you're in a temporary phase that will pass soon. What's your next big race? WBR?
I think that the grogginess is due to poor diet. I really don't eat like I should and it has been worse lately.
I'm not running WBR. I have a couple of 5k's planned around the 4th of July then the Northwest Passage relay on July 25th.
