I helped my ex move yesterday so I was feeling pretty beat up this morning.  It sure does make me appreciate my office job.

Of course it was snowing again today.  At one point it was snowing as hard as it has this year.  My plan was to run 6 easy miles then pick up the dog that I am dog sitting and run a couple more miles.  She is now to the point were she doesn't want to run with me anymore.  She stopped and her collar came off and she took off.  I panicked since she was running off without any identification.  Fortunately she stopped for a potty break and I was able to catch her.  Took her back home and went out to get 7 for the day.

I'm re-doing week 4 of the push up challenge because I wasn't happy with how it went last week.

Andy, Great job today and what is this push-up challange you are always talking about?

From Andy on Mon, Mar 30, 2009 at 12:07:30 from 159.212.71.77

Clay - The challenge is to do 100 pushups. It is a 6 week program (http://www.hundredpushups.com/index.html). I'm sure with all of the exercises that you do you are already there.

Sounds like an exciting morning Andy. I am usually trying to run away from dogs but you are trying to catch them.:)

I have started week four over too. I don't want to move on until I am doing them with good form. Right now they are pretty ugly.

Hey I see you were out "chasing Tail" on Monday good for you! :)

Who can blame that dog for not wanting to run as fast and far as you do?

WAY to start the week: "chasing tail", that's a good one, Kathie.
