I know that I have said this before but today was winter's last hurrah.  Woke up to a couple of inches of wet, slushy snow.  I was planning on taking it easy today anyway.  Other than my usual tight hamstrings, everything felt pretty good.

I've had a hamstring that has been giving me grief for several months now too. I don't know if the Yoga is helping or hurting cause it ain't getting any better. If you ever come up with a magic solution, let me know.

Okay, I don't know if it's a magic solution but have you tried a foam roller? They are awesome to really get in deep and stretch your muscle while massaging it. Either that or a sport ball works. Although, I've had reoccurring hammy issues for the past year!

I bought the Stick last year but it just sits underneath my couch so it isn't really doing any good. If I spent as much time working on the hamstring as I do complaining about it, it wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Hey Andy, have you decided if you're going to run any races this year?

I know I've said this before, but YUCK!!!!

Rhett - I've lived here my entire life and this is the first year that I have actually contemplated moving to a warmer climate. This winter hasn't been that harsh but I have finally had enough.

I have had enough too. I hope the storm on Sunday is the last one. With our luck though it will go from 40 degrees to 90 degrees and skip all the really great running weather.
