Short on time so I had to cut a couple of miles out of the run.  Ran up to the mouth of Mueller Park canyon and back home.  Decided to change it up a bit and ran 0.25 miles hard and 0.15 easier while going up.  Felt very strong.  While coming back down, I couldn't get my legs to turnover very fast.  I really wanted to push hard on the last mile but the legs just wouldn't move.  I wasn't tired and felt like I could push a lot harder but my legs wouldn't respond.  Ended up running the last mile in 6:30.

Probably your legs had enough on the ascent, so they decided to betray you coming down. That's a great climb. You are getting some great miles in the last couple weeks.

Bring Becky, if she can make it.

It was great seeing you again. Hope you could get in a run today.

Nice to see you at lunch Andy.

I meant to ask, what starting corral will you be in at Boston?

From Andy on Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 20:12:53 from 174.52.172.236

Mark - I will most likely be in corral 2 or 3.

Dale - Never got the chance to get a run in today. I only had an easy 5 on the schedule so I didn't mind skipping it.
