Followed up yesterdays good run with a terrible one. My legs didn't feel right from the beginning. I thought it would get better once I warmed up but it never did. Averaged 7:55/mile for the run but the pace was very erratic.
Geez Andy, your bad runs are the same pace as some of my best. How would it be? Good work even when it wasn't the greatest, I just usually wimp out on those days.
You did do hills twice last week remember...so that could be your issue. I am sure you will be back to your speedy self in no time at all.
