Paced the 1:45 group at the St. George half marathon with RAD.  Maintained a nice 8:00/mile effort from start to finish.  It's a pretty easy pace to lock in.  We had a few people who stayed with us the entire time which was nice.  Nice to get a good run in at a lower elevation and nice weather.  Kind of a reminder of how enjoyable running can be.

I wish I had known that before the race. We were trying to track down the 1:45 pacer the whole race. Due to a short pit stop we came in about a minute behind you.

Wish we would have met up Jeff. Sounds like you had a good race.
