Warmed up with 3 super easy miles then immediately moved to tempo pace (I usually take a break for a couple of minutes before speed works).  The pace was pretty consistent and it felt good the entire time.  My splits were: 6:32, 6:29, 6:28, 6:28.  The last mile was a little more work than the first 3 but still felt good.  Cooled down with 2 more super easy miles.

I think you caught your MOJO!!!

That is such an awesome pace!!!

(btw, how's your hammie?)

Solid effort. You only logged your easy miles.

Teena - There is only a mild burning sensation in my hamstring which is a real improvement.

Paul - Thanks. I accidentally added the 4 "fast" miles in the shoe distance box.

I was going to say something about the "burning sensation" and your late night job but I won't.

Great run!!

Kathie - I was wondering if anybody would pick up on that. Of course it was you that did.

What are you saying about me... I just read it first!

Nice tempo run. So now that you are starting to mix it up again, I'm assuming you have a race in mind?

From Andy on Wed, May 06, 2009 at 13:40:33 from 159.212.71.200

Rhett - I'm evaluating my options. As of right now, nothing is planned. Once I get my weekend mileage up to a decent level I will decide if I could be ready for something in the fall.

Nice mojo tempo run!
