I took it easy today because I am running a 5K tomorrow and don't want to be too sore. The pace was slow until the last few miles where I picked it up a little. Aside for some mild soreness in my legs, I felt good. I may have to run a few easy miles tonight depending on how the day goes.

Provo river is next week. I signed up for it (and paid) but then got an email saying that it was full. So, I'm not running it now and will hopefully get my money back but think that is highly unlikely.

Apparently instead of going through the hassle of issuing a refund if you ask, they just let you in the Provo 1/2. I just got an email with my bib # so I guess I am running it after all.

Paul - I will not conceded anything or skip a run just so Teena can beat me. My legs are too tired to run tonight so the lawn is getting mowed. Teena earned this victory fair and square. I don't mind losing because it means that her training is going incredibly well and her body is holding up to the increased mileage.
