I ran with Sariah this morning, I decided to try and do what I thought would be an "easier" workout just to get my legs going. After a 2 mile warm up we did 8X200m hill repeats up burch creek trail. I haven't done hill repeats in years. My legs didn't hurt so much as I was breathing SO hard on each hill repeat. I thought 200m wouldn't be a big deal but this turned out to be one of the hardest workouts I've done in a long time. I can tell I'm lacking in both speed and strength still. I didn't worry about time I just ran up hard, then jogged down, and started again. Cool down back to Katie's house.
