Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

Hopefully this week will be a new beginning and I can get back into training. I saw a Chiropracter on Friday and I felt like he fixed me. He said my tail bone was out so he readjusted my spine and over the weekend felt much better. I can walk normal again. I saw him monday and everything looked good so he said I could start running this week a little at a time. So I tried walking and jogging a mile. There is still some soreness there. Hopefully that'll go away this week with some stretching.

Ran another mile today on the treadmill to test the waters. I ran more during the mile today then I did yesterday it felt better. I have a lot of tightness in my right glute still which is keeping me from running all out at the moment, hoping to continue to work through it this week.
