A new year and a new baby. I'm 4 weeks post pardum this week and decided to start working out a little bit. Once again, I have a long way to go with running and weight loss. It's the same story after I have my babies. However, this will be the last time I will be coming back from having a baby, Riley and I decided our family was complete with this new little addition. I've started my New Year off right with eating healthy and exercising on the treadmill. Once I hit 6 weeks post pardum I'll run more and probably most days.
