Can't believe I was in France yesterday and now I am sitting on my bum at work. Went to the gym at 3 am this morning, because I guess I am still on Francelandia time. Did about .1 miles on the treadmill and felt like my hip was actually going to pop out of socket. It was making some sort of sweet audible crunching noise. I blame the 22 hours of travel yesterday or maybe my hip only likes to work in beautiful places.
