AM: Biked up Memory Grove and a little ways up City Creek and around the Aves. Hip feels great on the bike, but now my cardio is the limiting factor. Hills - ughhh.
PM: Went for a short hike on the BST. It just dawned on me today that I should start hiking. It is sort of like trail running - just slower. Just happy I haven't set foot in a gym in 4 days - yay!
