Think cycling season is over. Froze my freaking bum off riding down Emigration. Soooo cold.

Got a free entry into the Buffalo Run 50 something today for being such an amazing volunteer this year :) Think I got signed up for the wrong race though... ha ha ha!

Indoor unicycling season starts up soon, don't worry!

Race weekend is coming up, hope you're carbo-loading!

My cousin and relay partner reflects on her training, "a few runs followed by extensive tapering. This program allows me to focus on what matters most - the after race party."

I think I should be fine this weekend as far as running goes. My only fear is not being able to keep up at the after race party :)

The Buffalo run is incredible. I think I am going to do the 100. You should sign up for that one. :)
