I down Diet Dew! Well actually I walk for 2 minutes. My PT tells me to use that time to assess how I am feeling so I don't overdo anything. I am thinking about ditching the walk breaks and the treadmill next week :)

I have a guess already!
its probably smart to do the 2 minutes of assessing the hip as you keep building up. Plus its hard to drink much diet dew while you are actually running

Good to hear.. you are running! Also, if it is the moab race - I have run most of that loop and it's really sweet. Thought about signing up for the race too....
