So much for vowing to make it to the gym every morning before work this week. Hit snooze for an hour and a half and then rode the home bike for 5 minutes before sprinting a block to the bus stop. 

PM: 3.5 on the TM, 20 min on the elliptical, and abs & glutes. Feeling good.
