Quick little RUN on the TM.

A little nervous for the big family relay this weekend. I need to run around 10 miles over 2 legs this Saturday. I think I can do it, but I just really, really don't want to mess anything up since I am finally making some real progress.

Here is a clear illustration of my nervousness. I have only had four 10+ mile weeks in all of 2012. Just for fun, here is my weekly mileage for the past year:

December: Surgery :(

Jan-May: Negligible

June: 4.2, 9.9, 14, 4.5, 7

July: 3.55, 17.55, 7.9, 0

August: 1, 4, 2, 2, 4.2

September: 2.1, 3, 3.55, 7.40, 12.53

October: 11.25, 8+

Nike LunarFly Miles: 2.50

Look at those BOLD weeks! You got this in the bag!

PS - Don't get hurt!
