I ran with Robert again and another out and back. I think I am giving up sleep and homework time to go runnning. Or I am giving up sleep and homework for a job. But I have to have a JOB so I can have money to go to college. This is my life school job run sleep repeat.

I teach Health, Science, and PE. I went to Utah State University, which is by far the best school around for teaching, not matter what Dave Holt says. USU was ranked 26th in the Nation for Secondary Education last year out of 1300 schools. No other school around these parts is in the top 300. I coach XC and Track, but am endorsed in several other sports. My wife did play soccer at Ricks when it was Ricks, she still plays and is way better than I am.

Good luck in the half on Saturday. If all goes well I will be down there as well. Don't let Ruth beat you!

I ran the Painters Half Marathon. The whole time I was pushing myself. I ran with a girl named Katie. We were running about the same pace, so we just ran together. She is from Salt Lake and I told her about the blog. My pace was 8:52 Min/Mi. That is a great pace for me and it felt good to run that fast. Good job to everyone else who ran the half.

I ran 5 miles with my mom. We ran at a okay pace. We walked up one of the hill on our run. I thought that today I would be so sore, but I am not. I guess that I am just lucky. I was looking back at the Snow Canyon half. That is the last half that I did. I ran Painters half 9 minutes faster then the Snow Canyon half. WOW! That is way good for me. I cannot wait for people to ask me if I am a runner. Because now I can said, "Yes I am a runner and I just ran my 4th half marathons." hahahaha

I didn't run today. I was going to get up this morning and go to the gym, but I didn't get up. Lucky me I got to go to work at 4 today, so I couldn't run after school. But tomorrow I am going to get up and run to the gym. The gym is about four miles from my house if you take the long way around. I am really going to get up tomorrow and not let the warm bed hold me back.

I ran after school with the great few ones. I ran with Kali, Chandace, and Sierra. Well, Sierra and me ran a little in front of Kali and Chandace. We ran 5 miles and the ran went by so fast. We are running tomorrrow morning together again. I love running with Sierra.

The weather was to cold and wet for me to run today. I think every body that ran today  is awesome. Now that I didn't run today I have to either run in the morning before school or in the dark night after work tomorrow. :-(

I ran after school today with the track stars. I ran a 1/2 mile warm up. Then Sierra and I ran together we ran about 5.63. The run felt good until the end. My right foot hurt, because of my new shoes. I have not got use to them yet. Next week I am going to run more. I will not have to coach basketball on Wednesdays and games on Saturdays. Don't get me wrong. I love coaching the girls, but it takes up so much time. Now I can run on Wednesdays and after this Saturday I ran later on Saturdays. I stay up late on Friday nights then I have to get up early to run before I coach a game. I am not a nap person, so I just go though the weekend sleepy.

Sierra and I ran together again this morning. We ran 8.2 miles at about a 10 minute mile pace. The ran felt good. I am tried, but I took a hour nap. I coached my last basketball game today. My team was awesome. I thought that I would be happy when it was all over but I am a little sad. It was hard to watch all the girls walk away. Some of them came up to me and gave me a hug and told me that I was the best coach ever. One of the girls wrote me a note telling me thanks. It was so cute. I miss them aready, but now I will have more time to run.

I ran with Sierra today. We ran 5 miles. I had so much energy. I was singing most of the run and saying lines from movies. The last half of the run we did indain runs. Sierra and I didn't time it or any thing but I think you ran really good. Work was not so good. I only touch one class today. I had a kid that was hurting all the other kids in the class. On the up side we get out of school early this week. So I am going to try to run every day this week.

Wow I cannot remember the last time I ran on a Tuesday. I ran four miles with my brother Robert. Who ran and went to Gold's Gym yesterday. So I didn't think he was going to run today.  I keep telling Robert that he should run with some of the other guys and become faster. He rather run with the cute cross country girls then become faster. But whatever one day he will grow up. School got out early so I got some homework done. I wish that school always got out early. I work tonight. Hope that the kids are good.

I ran my warm up with Ruth. It is her Birthday today. She is now 18 and can go to jail. NOT like her is going to go to jail, but she is of age. Me and my ipod ran together today. It was a nice long run. I ran it slow my legs hurt from running so much this week. I ran the hospital run. The last half of the run felt all up hill.

We got out early from school today. But I went to the temple and didn't run after school. I am going to run after work tonight. So I ran every day this week. I might run 4 or 5 miles. Well we will see...

So I wanted to go running after work, but my dad would not let me run in the dark by myself. I had to run at Gold's Gym. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill. I was going to run more but I was going crazy running on the treadmill. After the treadmill I biked 3 miles. I add a miles for the 3 miles I biked.

P.S. I am going to preference with Zac O. Preference is a school dance. He is one of my good friends. He answered me back to night by heart attacking my lawn. It was way cute and I loved it. We are going to have so much fun!!! Note to self (Page 23 of  BOM Chapter 13)

A backside three is a 360 done switch on a snowboard. It's pretty fun. Also, I'm not really sure what a threshold mile is, but I didn't really qualify anywhere else so I just stuck my miles there. Preference is awesome. Have fun!

I ran with Sierra in the am hours again. It is nice to get it over with and then go back to bed. My brothers didn't even believe I went running this morning. It was funny. We were going to ran 8 then 7 but we went 6 and a little bit. My legs were hurting me so bad. We ran about 10 minute miles the whole time. My sister Brittani is in town so I didn't really sleep well. When she comes down she likes to sleep in my bed with me. Or should I say take over my bed. While that is life I guess and I still love her. ( Note to self you are on page 41 Chapter 18)

I ran a warm up lap with the girls track team. Then did some sprints and abs for my throwing work out. This year the people who throw are going to work out also. I ran the bank 5 miler. I felt bad for not lifting with the other people who are going to throw this year, so I lifted a little.

I went to Gold's Gym at 5 with my mom, dad and little brother Zack. I ran three (the longest three of my life). Then I biked 3. I think that is why my legs hurt when I run up hill, but I could be wrong. I lifted a little too. The .5 is for the warm up laps I am going to do at track today.

Snowboarding is awesome! I'm sorry you're still sick, you need to get better soon. Also, jibbing is where you lift half of your board and then spin off the part on the ground. U can do it on the snow or rails. It's fun, but hard. Anyway, just get better!

So this one time... I was running. I ran an entire 100 ft. Then i passed out. While i was un-conscience I had a dream.... Maybe even a vision? In this "dream" I saw a giant Nike running shoe. The shoe talked to me saying "You can't do it... " I didn't know what he was referring to. . . When I woke from the dream, I stood up. The sun was setting... I ran towards the sun set, and I didn't even run out of breath.

I went to the gym this morning with my mom. I ran 3 at just under a 9:30 minute pace. Then I biked 3 and lifted a litte with my legs. When I ran or go to the gym in the morning it makes my day better. I should go more often:) Today is going to be a great day!!!!!!!!!  I am awesome. I ran a warm up lap with Ashley and the girls track team. Ashley has been telling me all about the guys that like her. It is way funny. I didn't throw today because we talked to long about the meet tomorrow. After work I ran 4 miles.

1st mile 8:12

2nd mile 8:18

3rd mile 8:44

4th mile between 9 and 10 minutes

I forgot how good running feels. The first 3 miles I just let my body take me alway. The last mile my body hurt from not running in like a week. I hope I do well tomorrow in the hurricane track meet.

The meet went well. I didn't throw as well as I would have liked. I think it was because I help run the events so when it was my turn to throw I has tired from the sun, standing, and stuff.  Pine View girls got like 6th over all or something.

My body hurts all over from throwing, running Wednesday, and trying some flips at work. I love throwing when I can see that I am getting better. Coach Jones was been teaching me the steps in the jav. With the steps I can throw like five more feet. I'll keep working on them, but at track on Friday I was throwing the jav 75 feet. In the disc with my spin I can throw 65 feet. I hope I can just throw that in the next meet. I just have a hard time throwing in meets. I am going to try to go to an abs class on Monday mornings at Gold's Gym. My running goal next week are to run three times a week. I love work. One of the guy coaches is teaching me some fun gym things, but it is taking  my body some time to get use to it. School is going great now. I dropped ap biology. I loved the class, but it was to much. Now I am a TA and just do my homework. I will have more time after work to run.  Today I ran three miles.

1st 8:08 - felt good

2nd 9:41 -started to feel my ice cream from last night

3rd 9:59 -i was hurting

I need to start eating better. I was doing way good then I stopped running.

Today was a track meet, but I had to work. That is way sad and I feel bad about it. I couldn't get it off. We have a track meet Thursday and I got off of work for that one. I am still trying to get work off for our next Tuesday meet. It is hard to get work off, because no one wants to coach some class for one day. The kids never listen and they try to pull jokes on you. Like tell you the wrong name. Anyways I ran 2.5 miles after I went to work. Between work and running I learned some more flips. I am not that good, but one day I'll be. HAHAHA but not in my life time. Good job to everyone that was in the track meet today.

Sierra and I ran together from the high school at 6 this morning. I had a good run and I loved talking with Sierra. At track I worked on my jav steps. Goals for the track meet tomorrow are:

The track meet on Thursday went okay. It was windy and long. I got cold once I walked off of the bus. For the most part I did okay. In the disc I throw around 64 feet. I almost hit someone with the disc and I rolled my ankle walking into the ring. Ask Holt is was not graceful. My ankle hurts and so I didn't run with weekend. I am going to run on Tuesday morning with Sierra hopefully. Monday I am going to the abs class at Gold's Gym with my little brother Zac. I didn't throw well in the jav because it was windy and my ankle hurt.  My arm hurt after throwing the jav because my steps were all off. In the shot I did well. I throw 24ish feet. I am getting close to my goals. Hope to make my goals next track meet.

I was having a really good day today. School went great and that only happens sometimes on A days. So, life was good. Until my work called me like a million times. Telling me that they really need me to come work, becuase everyone that was working was gone for some reason or another. I had to leave track early and go to work. On a monday that is not right. I leave early on tuesdays and thursdays. That was not the way I wanted to start my week. Oh well I made some more money today. I went to the abs class this morning. My whole body is hurting from it, but it is a good hurt. My ankle is still being lame. I am running with sierra in the morning, so I hope it doesn't hurt me. If it does I'll just stop running this week and try again next week.

Hey!! how is running going?? did coach decker tell you I wont be running the XC season with ya'll unless I get rich. =( its sad. I was looking forward to it. we should still run together sometime though cause I still have the SGM to train for. =) hopefully i can get rich in a couple of months too so I can do it. =)

My run felt way good today. I'm still not running that fast but I'm putting in more miles. I need to be doing more long runs, but I can not get myself out of bed in the morings. I need to go to bed earlier.
