I graduted from Pine View this year. I'm going to Dixie college in the fall and run XC there. I want to run a marathon and become a biology teacher. Right now I'm dating a hot kid named Colton :)

I ran the Entereise Pioneer Day race. The 5k race was all down. It was rainning right up to the start of the race. Once the race started the rain stopped. Leaving the perfect running weather. I hope to break 24 mintures in a 5k this XC season.

I ran hills with the cross country team. I had a lifeguard thing the night before and I swam a lot. When i ran hills my laegs hurt and I could only run 4 hills.

I ran 4 miles with the XC team. It was a out and back. Most of the time I don't like out and backs, but I really liked the one we did. I think I am becoming a better runner because the run went by fastand and most of my runs feel like they are forever.

Ran with the XC team. We did mile repeats. My first one was 6:46, next one was 7:09, last one was 7:20. Fenja has been pushing for the last few days. All of my mile repeats are faster then last years mile repeats.

Ran with XC team. We ran the bank run. Went I do longer runs I try to pick a girl on my team that is in front of me and pass her before the end of the run. Today i passed two girls. Ran with Kalley June. I love running with her because we push each other to go faster.

Acrtic Cricle with Annie. I felt like I ran really fast and my legs hurt after.

Anorob Threshold dog pound. My whole body hurt and I tryed to run it fast. Annie passed me and she stayed right in front of me. I ran wacthing her back again.

2 mile warm up. Did Pyramids 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800, 600.  Didn't do them that fast. Felt very sick and couldn't push myself. I hope I am feeling better for my race on Wed. I wouldn't run my whole cool down.

I felt better and was ready to run. The race start was bad for all the girls. We ran on sand stuff and up big hills. I got behind some slow girls up the hills. It made me mad that I could not pass them, because there wasn't any room to go around them. My time was good and the race was fast. I hope to pass more Pine View girls next race.

I ran Arctic Circle and got ice cream. I ran out fast, because I got to pratice late. On the way back the ice cream made me feel a little sick. All in all the run felt really good. I think that I feeling a little better. I am kicking my sickness in the butt.

The Swiss Day 5K was fun. My two little brothers Robert and Zack and my little sister Rachel got to run the race with me. I came in before my little brother Zack!!!!!! He was not happy about that, but I was. I did really well and hope to run that fast on Friday for our Ceder meet.

XC meet in Ceder. Another seasons PR 25:10!!!! I am just getting faster and faster. I hope to run my next race under 25. When I was running my mom and coach Holt were telling me to push it and I would get under 25. That is what put the idea in my head that I could run a few seconds fast and get under 25 next meet.

I want to thank Zac Z and Ruth for letting help light the PV at our homecoming game. There are Pine View's XC team captians for this year. They are the greatest captians ever!!! They have made this year of XC way fun. They are taking Pine View's XC team all the way to STATE this year!!!

I also ran this race. If you push yourself really hard at the end you can really get a faster time. Push yourself at the last 400 meters. You'll be surprised!!

Last XC practice today, but I am going to do winter practice with the team. Fenja and I ran really fast. Fenja need to stop and talk to someone at work, so we did a fartlek right before we stopped. Way bad idea. When we started up again my achilles tendon started to hurt. I keep running. The more I ran the more it started to hurt. By the time we got back to the high school I could bearly walk. Now I am at home icing my achilles tendon. I hope that it will stop hurting so I can run tomorrow.

I ran a fast 5 mile loop with the little bit of XC runners that still come out to ran. The ran felt good. I almost felt like I could run forever. After running I hit the weights. Now my whole body hurts.

AT dog pound. I donated blood yesterday so my run was slow and hard. The fuuny thing was that I thought that I wouldn't even going to be able to tell a difference, but as I ran I could really tell that I donated blood the day before. Hope my next run is better! :-)

Today I ran a 6 mile loop. I ran up though Green Springs. Saw some of the new house that are being built. I saw Zac Z running. I thought it was funny that he was running towared my house and I was running towards his house. Actually I ran right infront of  his house. I ran with my mom again. For my first 3 milestook me about 24 minutes. Which was way way to fast. I think that was about the faster I have ever ran 3 miles. I have ran 2 half before this one and I think this one was the hardest out of all of them because it had more up hill then my other ones.The race also didn't ahve a lot of water stops. My mile pace over all was about 9:35 minutes and I hope to make my next Half Marathon faster by running 9 minutes miles.

I went to the gym and ran 3 long miles. I still need to get in more miles. But I am getting a JOB over at bare foot and I coach a basketball team. That makes it hard to find time to run. I don't know how some people do it. You guy are wonderful.

I ran 5 miles this morning at 6 with Christi, Heather and Mik'L. We all meet over at the house of Mik'L. It was early because I stayed out until I almost turned into a pumpkin. We all should meet up again sometime I had so much fun running with everyone. Our over all time was 49:53 and our pace was 9:58. The run felt so good and don't believe what Mik'L said she didn't hold us back.
