My body hurts all over from throwing, running Wednesday, and trying some flips at work. I love throwing when I can see that I am getting better. Coach Jones was been teaching me the steps in the jav. With the steps I can throw like five more feet. I'll keep working on them, but at track on Friday I was throwing the jav 75 feet. In the disc with my spin I can throw 65 feet. I hope I can just throw that in the next meet. I just have a hard time throwing in meets. I am going to try to go to an abs class on Monday mornings at Gold's Gym. My running goal next week are to run three times a week. I love work. One of the guy coaches is teaching me some fun gym things, but it is taking my body some time to get use to it. School is going great now. I dropped ap biology. I loved the class, but it was to much. Now I am a TA and just do my homework. I will have more time after work to run. Today I ran three miles.
1st 8:08 - felt good
2nd 9:41 -started to feel my ice cream from last night
3rd 9:59 -i was hurting
I need to start eating better. I was doing way good then I stopped running.
