  • Go to a Dixie in the fall

  • Meet the right guy and get married in the temple


I graduted from Pine View this year. I'm going to Dixie college in the fall and run XC there. I want to run a marathon and become a biology teacher. Right now I'm dating a hot kid named Colton :)

I ran warm ups with the girls track team. Sierra and I ran artic circle 3 miles. It was great to get out and run again. We talked the whole time. I love running with sierra! Then I went and threw the dics. I was throwing better then ever. I think it was because I ran.

My body hurts all over from throwing, running Wednesday, and trying some flips at work. I love throwing when I can see that I am getting better. Coach Jones was been teaching me the steps in the jav. With the steps I can throw like five more feet. I'll keep working on them, but at track on Friday I was throwing the jav 75 feet. In the disc with my spin I can throw 65 feet. I hope I can just throw that in the next meet. I just have a hard time throwing in meets. I am going to try to go to an abs class on Monday mornings at Gold's Gym. My running goal next week are to run three times a week. I love work. One of the guy coaches is teaching me some fun gym things, but it is taking  my body some time to get use to it. School is going great now. I dropped ap biology. I loved the class, but it was to much. Now I am a TA and just do my homework. I will have more time after work to run.  Today I ran three miles.

1st 8:08 - felt good

2nd 9:41 -started to feel my ice cream from last night

3rd 9:59 -i was hurting

I need to start eating better. I was doing way good then I stopped running.

Today was a track meet, but I had to work. That is way sad and I feel bad about it. I couldn't get it off. We have a track meet Thursday and I got off of work for that one. I am still trying to get work off for our next Tuesday meet. It is hard to get work off, because no one wants to coach some class for one day. The kids never listen and they try to pull jokes on you. Like tell you the wrong name. Anyways I ran 2.5 miles after I went to work. Between work and running I learned some more flips. I am not that good, but one day I'll be. HAHAHA but not in my life time. Good job to everyone that was in the track meet today.

Sierra and I ran together from the high school at 6 this morning. I had a good run and I loved talking with Sierra. At track I worked on my jav steps. Goals for the track meet tomorrow are:

Shot- 25 feet

Disc- 65 feet

Jav- 75 feet

I am going to the do my spin in the disc and my steps in the jav. I hope the weather is nice for our meet.

The track meet on Thursday went okay. It was windy and long. I got cold once I walked off of the bus. For the most part I did okay. In the disc I throw around 64 feet. I almost hit someone with the disc and I rolled my ankle walking into the ring. Ask Holt is was not graceful. My ankle hurts and so I didn't run with weekend. I am going to run on Tuesday morning with Sierra hopefully. Monday I am going to the abs class at Gold's Gym with my little brother Zac. I didn't throw well in the jav because it was windy and my ankle hurt.  My arm hurt after throwing the jav because my steps were all off. In the shot I did well. I throw 24ish feet. I am getting close to my goals. Hope to make my goals next track meet.

I was having a really good day today. School went great and that only happens sometimes on A days. So, life was good. Until my work called me like a million times. Telling me that they really need me to come work, becuase everyone that was working was gone for some reason or another. I had to leave track early and go to work. On a monday that is not right. I leave early on tuesdays and thursdays. That was not the way I wanted to start my week. Oh well I made some more money today. I went to the abs class this morning. My whole body is hurting from it, but it is a good hurt. My ankle is still being lame. I am running with sierra in the morning, so I hope it doesn't hurt me. If it does I'll just stop running this week and try again next week.
