1.2 Ran with Laney in the jogging stroller while other 2 girls were at school. It was fun and so nice outside, so I had to get out! Pushing that stroller is hard, so we only went a little over 1.
3.8 Came back home and put Laney down for a nap, then finished up on the treadmill. It was nice to break it up a little. I do much better running in the afternoon instead of the early morning! |
