ran 5 today on the treadmill. dave has  pneumonia in both lungs! He isn't supposed to work the rest of the week. Poor guy. My run went really good. I bumped up the speed and finished 5 minutes faster! Feels really good.

Great Job! How are you able to run so far on the treadmill? I get bored just doing my small miles? Or is it the saying "you got to do what you got to do?" I live by that a lot.

So what is your time for 5 miles now? You are doing great, especially considering your hubby is crazy sick. Will you tell him I emailed him some track stuff? I hope you are surviving and not catching anything yourself!
