not such a great 5 miler this morning. The girls were pretty good, but I had to keep stopping so I could help them. Then 2.5 in I got off to help, and Laney unhooked the treadmill so I lost my time but I knew I was at 2.5. Finished up. Back of my knee feels better. I have been stretching it out really good.

I know all about stopping the treadmill. Jarren unplugged it on me the other day while I was running! Glad to hear your knee is feeling better great running too!

I got hit on the passenger side going through a green light here in La Verkin. Everyone seems to be doing fine. Which is great. I am still planning on running the Hurricane 5K on Sat. Which I hope I can do 30:00 or under.
