Up at 6:30 again and ran on the treadmill for an hour. Average pace was 12. Felt pretty good but I am tired.

I wasn't sure if you were getting up this morning or not. I shouldn't have doubted you I guess!

I am not really ready for track. This years tract season is going be weird, bceause I work. So I can only stay the whole practice three out of the five days. I don't know what I want to throw yet and if I want to do the mile and two mile. I don't really like running in cycles.

Too bad we aren't neighbors...you and I would be great training partners. I get up early too and it feels good some days...but others....You're awesome!!
