Ran outside today! Did a 6 mile loop around Washington. Mile 5 was pretty much up hill the whole thing so I walked a bit. My legs were tired. I think upping my miles this week was good but today was hard. I did get some new shoes yesterday from Steve. They felt really good on the run. Thanks Steve!

You have definetely got in some good miles this week. I bet that was so nice to run outside. I really hate the treadmill but its better than nothing, right?

I actually do like the treadmill. Watch TV, listen to my ipod and its not cold! How is your leg?

Ally

Doing much better, I got a deep tissue massage and had some major knots that have been causing my issues, so hopefully with that today and maybe going back once or twice more I will be back in the game. Thank you for asking!
