Got up at 6:30 and ran on the treadmill. I was only going to go 5 but I felt really good, and 2 of my 3 girls were still sleeping, so I felt like going longer. It took me 1:09:00 but I think I have only gone 6 one other time, so I feel good. It feels so good to get up and run!
