Decided that 6 is a little better for me to go consistently. Its not too much more but it gives me a little extra. My shins started to hurt yesterday afternoon and a little this morning, so I think it is time for some new shoes! Guess I will go make Steve a visit at the store.

You are very consistent with your running! New shoes always seem to help.

Do you have any races planned?

That is cute Rylee blogged you. My dad maybe smart but I like running in the dark. While only if there are no dogs. I hope your shins stop hurting when you get new shoes.
