Dave drove me out 5 miles and I ran back through Middleton home. Pretty good run and great weather. Ended up with avg pace of 11:35, which is faster than I go on the treadmill. Quite a few more hills than the 1% incline on the treadmill!

Finally you joined! :) You are so consistent! I have been a major slacker lately. Once it warms up a little we will have to start going to running club or running together sometime.
