5 again on the treadmill while the girls played really good. I want to get in a 7 tomorrow or friday. That's my plan!

Don't be discourage by the days that it is tough to get up and going. We all go through stages. You hit some great mileage the other week, so running 7 each day will come. Just keep working on the 5 ,6, and 7 - then it will just become normal. I am very proud of you. You are doing (and looking!) great.

Was that too much to put on the blog - oh well!
