5.5 on the treadmill early this morning. I could not get out of bed yesterday. I am such a slacker! Felt good today, so I went a little more. I will get in a 6 this week.

Getting up today and running 5.5 on a treadmill means you are NO slacker! Good job! Beds are so nice....

I am trying to convince myself that I want to run that Hurricane Half 5K in May? I don't know. I told Dustin that I want to try running the route and see if I am ready or not.

Nothing wrong with slacking as long as its only once in a while. Good job getting back at it.
