got going this morning on the treadmill 6 miles. time 1:03:20. Feel really good. Looking forward to a good running week!

Felt really good today so I decided to run again this evening. 2 miles on the treadmill at 10:20 pace. Ran 8 miles total today, which is the farthest ever! Not all at once but still! Burned well over 1000 calories. NICE!

Eight miles today! Woohoo!!!! I think 8 miles should burn much more than 1000 calories though! However the great satisfaction of an awesome run makes up for that! Congrats on a great day!
