We did 5 800s around the soccer field today.  We were supposed to be hitting 3:06 each time... these were my times to the best of my memory

So I did okay, i was behind most of the other girls but thats okay because i was hitting pace and they weren't!  Afterwards we cooled down in the pool and now i am locked out of my dorm. Gosh dang it.

45 minutes on the treadmill in the fitness center... i missed practice today and ate instead so i ran a lot later in the fitness center because i didn't want to go out alone because it can get scary around here sometimes. so i am going to have to learn to run during the daytime dang it.  i did a small cool down too, about .3 mi maybe.

warm up, then we did speedwork again today, 2 800s, 2 600s, and 2 400s.  Our group did ours in a pyramid - 4 6 8 8 6 4.  I was behind on a few of them which wasn't cool because I know i could have done better.  then cool down jog, pool cool down and then sauna time baby.

Race today!  It was the exact same course as last week so it helped knowing the course I was running.  Today I went really strong on the first lap and again not so strong on the second.  I did a lot better than last week though, I don't know my time but last week I got 20th place and this week I got 13th and the race was against the exact same people.  I came in right behind Veronica like I did last week, but last week she swallowed a bug and spent some time on the side of the course trying to hack it out. so yeah i did better!
