Today we did 1200s, the first lap at 5k pace, the second lap 5 seconds faster, and the third lap at 5k pace.  I ran with sylvia and we never really paced ourselves right.  Our overall times

2- 5:01

3- 5:00

4- 5:02

5- 5:08

I was actually trying to slow down on the last one.  Overall a pretty good workout.
