I am getting sick and that sucks.  Today I went for a long run by myself on the Laie Falls trial, I didn't get up to the falls but I took a loop trail that I actually didn't know was a loop and I was just hoping my heart out that it was so I wouldn't pass out in the woods and die and get eaten by wild boars.  It was a really good run though.  awesome. beautiful.
