We did hill repeats... I don't know how long they were, probably about .75 mi. We did four of them and I kept getting slower on each one. We ran up a huge hill and then it turned into a downhill, we did that front wards and backwards. My times:
1-5:25
2-5:32
3-5:45
4-6:02
