Felt physically great but mentally blocked this morning.  Ran for 20:38 until I stopped at La'ie park and did some repeats.  I don't know the distance but these were my times:

1:45 felt good

1:42 felt good

1:47 didn't feel good

1:35 pushed myself

Cooled down for 8:16

I had another stupid running dream last night where I was trying my hardest to run faster but couldn't, so it felt good to run fast today.

p.m. ran about three more miles, just around this little town

Hawaii Running!! I will get with the e-mail thing soon, I never e-mail but I will now. and I have dreams like that too, they are weird. Good job running!
