Ran after work today, in the sprinkling rain! I went up 200 E and then up that big hill to where Red hill is, down that street and then right then ran down the boulevard, turned left randomly and back to 200 E and home. I could feel the time I had missed running. I really loved this run though, it was fun. I stopped a few times though. I am still sick but feeling a lot better. My knee was acting up some, I hope there is nothing really wrong with it. |
