Woke up on time and ran with PVXC.  Ran to the turtle gate and back. I ran with Haley Frodsham for a while and then ran by myself the rest of the way.  I felt really good today!  Usually that run seems a lot longer than it seemed today.  It was a bit more humid out but it was still a lot cooler than running in the middle of the day, so I think that helped a lot.

It was awesome to see you again today - you amaze me with your running in the afternoon! Much better for you to party with us in the mornings! : ) (Today's run was actually 4.2 miles if you care.)
