I keep not wanting to wake up to go to XC, so I woke up a couple hours later and went to the gym and ran 5 miles on the treadmill. My running time was 39:00, which evens out to be 7:48 minute miles I think?? If I did that right then thats faster than I usually run. But it is a lot cooler in the gym and I didn't use any incline so maybe that is why. I burned 585 calories, wahoooo. |
