To the tortoise gate with PVXC.  Didn't feel great today but didn't feel too bad.  Ran with Fenja for a little bit, ran by myself for most of the way and ran with Holt for the part that was probly going to be hardest, so that helped.  It was hard for four miles, lots of hills and the dirt didn't help.  Good workout though.  Then took Kenny running at the top of the Black Hill.  We ran about a half mile on a gradual uphill and then back down.

Hey crazy! Sounds like you had about the same type of a run as I had today - I can't believe we actually ran straight into each other... talk about weirdos :-) I thought Kenny Mickey-Rooney couldn't run... is he ok after running a mile with you? Are you nervous or excited for this weekend!? Or both!?

I am so way excited for this weekend! I am not nervous... yet. Ken just wanted to try running because he hasn't in so long and yeah I think he is okay. I am so sad I missed your party today but we are gonna partay partay partay this weekend at WBR!
