Hospital run from my house.  I wanted to run seven to see if I could still do it, so I woke up at seven and ran because it is senior sluff day today.  I stopped at PVHS for the bathroom and I was all confused because there were cars there but then I realized there is school today.  The next time I really stopped was at the hospital, even though I briefly stopped at a stoplight but that doesn't count.  I was planning on run/walking up foremaster but I ran all the way up without stopping!  I stopped for a minute at the top to catch my breath and ran the rest of the way home.  I did a lot better than I thought I would today for not having run for a week.  It felt good too.

Great senior sluff day today Ally! 7 miles is a long way for not running for a week, good job.
