Ran three miles easy after my AP Music Theory test.  Ran from my house to mall drive, all the way up to 450 N turning right and then back down 2450 to my house.  It was pretty hot today.  I stopped a few times to walk.  It was meant to be a relax run and it was nice except for the heat.  I felt a weird pain in my upper right back that made it a little harder to breathe also.

Man the heat today was totally killer, yuk yuk. I can't wait 'till Cross Country! Hey, did you ask Holt if you can come on the State Trip? Or are you not wanting to come, esp. since that would mean missing the Spring Choir Concert? I heard Nikki J is going... but that doesn't make much sense... have you heard anything?

i saw you running and i honked but you didnt wave to me i was hurt. no i wasnt really but ya the heat yesterday sucked way bad. just make sure you are drinking alot of water cause the sun will drain you completely

Yeah I don't think I can miss the Spring concert and no i haven't heard anything about what Nikki's doing, I don't understand what goes on in her head any more than you do.
