Speed work today. Ran 4 1200s, which is kind of a weird distance but it was actually pretty nice. I was supposed to be aiming for 4:45ish but didn't quite make it.

The first one went pretty fast but my legs tensed up after and I felt like I was pushing harder to go slower. Still sick so I couldn't breathe out of my nose which made it a little tougher also.
pm- I was going to go on an easy run with Hazel my nasal, but I went and played soccer with the crew so I thought that would count for at least a mile (even though Zac might disagree because I "suck at soccer" and apparently wasn't doing much to help my team... oh well.) |
