I might go catch up this week, probably not though. On Wednesday night I had a seizure so I missed Thursday of running. But this morning I ran 2 miles & felt pretty good. We'll see what I can do on the tempo this afternoon
PM- tempo at dirt mile. We did like 20 min warm then 5 striders then the 20(?) minute tempo. At one point I kinda felt like I was starting to black out so I stopped & sat on the ground, then I got back up cut across the field & finished it out. At the end I couldn't breathe & was shaking super bad but coach came over & calmed me down, I probably just freaked myself out. Today was most definitely not a bad workout.
