Today we had 30/30s. Which is 30 seconds at our pace we tested into, then 30 seconds recovery, that's 1 set and we did 30 sets. Honestly it's a brutal workout. The actual running isn't bad but it's a total mental game and I struggle with that to the max. Me, Addi and meskerem ran together and we pushed each other and it was way good. I was really feeling it at like 17-20 but I got my head back together and finished really good. After we had weights and I regret to inform everyone that brianna helped me realize I lied last week, I've never been able to bench 70. My max used to be 65 and now it's 60 lol. I'm working on it.
